Job Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to emails

• Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email

• Research required information using available resources

• Manage and resolve customer complaints

• Provide customers with product and service information

• Enter new customer information into system

• Update existing customer information

• Process orders, forms and applications

• Identify and escalate priority issues

• Route calls to appropriate resource

• Follow up customer calls where necessary

• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures (when necessary)

Enroll in a client training course to get started:

Client training courses can range from $19 to $ 299 depending on the client (this is the Client fee, not Team Lemon Enterprises, Inc). Most training sessions are only $69-$99

WE OFFER REIMBURSE UP TO $75 FOR CLIENT TRAINING CLASSES
How reimbursement incentive works: 1. setup a profile and pass background check. 2. If you enroll in a course within 30 days and pass certification training. 3. 60 days after the end of training receive reimbursement up to $75
Training is held in a virtual classroom with a real instructor
Training will prepare you to take customer calls and train you on the client system/policies.

Rate of pay depends on the client that you choose

The minimum hour work requirement is 15 hours per week.

Top performing agents make anywhere from $300 - $1200 biweekly

Direct Deposit OR Check (mailed on the 1st and 15th each month) CSP choice.
